Baptist Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care and clinical support in an outpatient clinic in Radcliff, KY. The role includes taking vitals, documenting history, reconciling medications, and coordinating patient flow with providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; MA experience preferred.
• Experience as Medical Assistant in clinic/medical office with direct patient care.
• Graduate of accredited MA program with hands-on clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and obtain vital signs.
• Document patient history and reconcile medications.
• Navigate EPIC EMR and coordinate scheduling.
• Communicate with pharmacies, insurers, patients and physicians.
• Perform clinical procedures as competency allows (EKGs, phlebotomy, injections).
