USA Vein Clinics is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our healthcare team across Fox Chapel, Wexford, and South Hills clinics. This full-time role offers $21-$24/hr based on experience, with Monday–Friday scheduling.

You will greet patients, prepare rooms, assist physicians, and handle administrative tasks to keep patient flow smooth. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience (vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a Medical Assistant or similar role is required.
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection is required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.

Position Summary

As aMedical Assistant,you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team and ensuring a smooth workflow in our clinics. Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians during medical procedures, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.

Position Details

• Location: This position works in our Fox Chapel, Wexford, and South Hills clinic locations.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Compensation: $21-$24/hr based on experience and qualifications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent,required.
• 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experienceas a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role (e.g., Medical Assistant externship, CNA, HHA, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician),required.
• Experience performing clinical duties such asvital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection,required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or currentCMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment,required.
