Serotonin Anti-Aging Center in Paramus, NJ is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to join our wellness team. You will support physicians in exams and aesthetic procedures, handle patient intake, and maintain clean exam rooms in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has CMA or RMA credentials and experience with EHR systems, with strong patient-focused communication and reliability. This full-time role offers growth in a patient-centric clinic dedicated to anti-aging and wellness.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or RMA preferred.
• Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetic clinic is a plus.
• Phlebotomy and injection experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first, compassionate approach.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient exams, consultations, and aesthetic or wellness procedures
• Perform patient intake, including vital signs, medical history review, and documentation
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply inventory
• Administer injections, draw labs, and support clinical procedures as directed
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and scheduling
• Accurately update and maintain electronic health records (EHR)
• Support front office operations and coordinate patient flow as needed
