Position Overview

Axon Medical Centers is seeking a reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our Dallas team. This role is essential in supporting both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Our clinic treats patients with orthopedic, neurological, spine-related conditions, and vestibular concerns, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for candidates eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room patients and obtain vitals, medical history, and chief complaints
  • Assist providers with patient care and procedures as needed
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment
  • Support patient flow to ensure timely and efficient visits
  • Schedule appointments and assist with front office duties as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient communication
