Location: 6200 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Suite 180, Dallas, TX 75240

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Axon Medical Centers is seeking a reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our Dallas team. This role is essential in supporting both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Our clinic treats patients with orthopedic, neurological, spine-related conditions, and vestibular concerns, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for candidates eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room patients and obtain vitals, medical history, and chief complaints
  • Assist providers with patient care and procedures as needed
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment
  • Support patient flow to ensure timely and efficient visits
  • Schedule appointments and assist with front office duties as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient communication
Qualifications
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred (not required with experience)
  • Previous clinical experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
