Job summary

Pain Management Consultants A is seeking a reliable Medical Assistant to join our patient-focused team across Oceanside and Encinitas. You will welcome and room patients, document vital signs and histories, assist with examinations, and keep rooms clean and stocked.

The role also covers scheduling, EMR management, referrals, and HIPAA compliance. We value strong communication, multitasking ability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA, RMA, or equivalent), but experience may be considered.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical office or clinic is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
