Bookmark Medical in Methuen, MA is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a patient-centered team. The role includes welcoming patients, taking vitals, assisting providers, and maintaining thorough EHR documentation.

Ideal candidates have Accredited MA training or equivalent, MA certification (or willingness to obtain with reimbursement), and 1+ year of healthcare experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.
