Job summary

Integra Vascular is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our vascular care team, bridging communication between patients and providers and assisting with clinical procedures across field and surgical center settings.

The ideal candidate holds CMA credentials and BLS, with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel to partner sites. Proficiency with EMR/PACS is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

  • Active CMA credential required.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with computer systems; EMR and PACS experience preferred.
  • Must not be listed on the OIG exclusion list.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison between physicians, patients, and facility staff.
  • Perform patient triage and prepare individuals for vascular procedures.
  • Assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments.
  • Accurately document all clinical encounters in the EMR system.
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments as needed.
  • Track and manage care plans and treatment follow-ups.
  • Maintain medical equipment and manage clinical supply inventory.
  • Travel to various sites, including partner surgical centers and care facilities.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor or management team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to support our vascular care team. This individual will play a critical role in bridging communication between patients and providers, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in both field and surgical center settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key liaison between physicians, patients, and facility staff
  • Perform patient triage and prepare individuals for vascular procedures
  • Assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments
  • Accurately document all clinical encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments as needed
  • Track and manage care plans and treatment follow-ups
  • Maintain medical equipment and manage clinical supply inventory
  • Travel to various sites, including partner surgical centers and care facilities
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor or management team
Required Qualifications
  • Active Certified Medical Assistant credential
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency with computer systems; EMR and PACS experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to ongoing development
  • Must not be listed on the OIG exclusion list
