Job summary

Integra Vascular is seeking an on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient-focused vascular care at client facilities. You will perform on-site assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include ordering tests, interpreting results, educating families and staff, and maintaining reports. Local travel and a valid NP/PA license are required. ACLS and infection control certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• ACLS
• Infection control certification
• Strong clinical collaboration with physicians
• Proficient computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• PACS and EMR experience preferred.
• Clean driving record; personal vehicle required; local travel.
• Not listed on the OIG exclusion list

• Conducts age-appropriate history and physicals for perioperative patients.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests for patient care.
• Assists with care in line with regulations.
• Monitors effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintains relationships with facility contacts.
• Educates family members, clients, and accounts about services.
• Assists with physician relations as assigned.
• Completes weekly and monthly reports.
• Other duties as assigned by Medical Director

Responsibilities:

• Performs on-site screening clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans of residents at client facilities by the completion of a comprehensive assessment
• Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill perioperative patients
• Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient's age-specific needs
• Assists with the provision of care in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations
• Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
• Maintains relationships with all appropriate contacts in facilities
• Educates family members, clients, and prospective accounts regarding services and programs
• Assists with the development and maintenance of physician relations, as assigned
• Completes weekly, monthly, and other reports, as assigned, in a timely and comprehensive manner
• Other Duties as assigned by Medical Director

Qualifications:
