Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to greet patients, assist with registration and scheduling, and take vital signs. You will support physicians during exams and minor procedures, and may assist with immunizations and lab tests. Some travel to local clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or related health sciences coursework.
• Active MA certification by recognized bodies (AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA) preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain on hire.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience as MA/CMA/CNA/EMT or 2 years in a medical office assisting with patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs and collecting health history.
• Provide support to physicians during examinations and minor office procedures.
• Assist with immunizations or injections as needed.
• Perform onsite lab testing (EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, urine pregnancy tests).
• Maintain clean, warm, and inviting examination rooms and deliver excellent patient service.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
