Northwest Pain Management in Mountlake Terrace, WA is hiring a Medical Assistant (Full-Time) to join our clinic and support patient care through medical evaluation, treatment, and management activities alongside physicians and advanced practice providers. Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and proficient with electronic medical records.

MA certification is preferred but not required. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour, with a Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and Friday 9:00

Medical Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA

Northwest Pain Management is expanding our team and seeking a Medical Assistant or CNA to join our Mountlake Terrace clinic. We are dedicated to being the preferred provider of pain management services in the region, and our compassionate team has made a meaningful difference in the lives of patients living with chronic pain.

As a Medical Assistant in our clinic, you will play an essential role in supporting patient care through medical evaluation, treatment, and management strategies-all while contributing to an environment of excellence in patient services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and advanced practice providers in the clinical setting
• Perform data entry and scribing
• Obtain prior authorizations for medications and procedures
• Verify patient insurance
• Triage patient calls and concerns
• Support interventional procedures
• Assist with scheduling
• Travel occasionally to our satellite clinics as needed

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No evenings, weekends, or holidays
