Job summary

Mt. Baker Pain Clinic – Arlington is seeking a dependable Medical Assistant to join our Arlington, WA team. This on-site role is Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with pay between $21–$23/hour depending on experience.

You will work closely with providers to ensure attentive, efficient care from check-in through follow-up. The right candidate is patient-focused, team-driven, and eager to help patients feel better.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as CMA or CNA (preferred).
• Willingness to obtain MA-R certification if not licensed.
• Experience in pain management or a specialty clinic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during patient visits, exams, and procedures.
• Handle patient intake, rooming, and documentation.
• Support medication coordination and triage communication.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure support and education.
• Help maintain clinic flow and a positive patient experience.
