Job summary

Mt. Baker Pain Clinic – Arlington in Arlington, WA is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our fast-moving, patient-centered team. You will support providers from check-in through follow-up and help ensure a smooth, compassionate patient experience.

The role is hands-on and requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to float between Arlington and Burlington locations. 2+ years CMA/CNA experience and MA-R certification if not licensed are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as CMA or CNA (preferred).
• Willingness to obtain MA‑R certification if not already licensed.
• Previous experience in pain management or a specialty clinic is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude.
• Ability to float between Arlington and Burlington locations as needed.

Responsibilities
