CENTER FOR SPINE JOINT AND NEUROMUS seeks a dependable Medical Assistant to join its busy interventional pain management clinics in Mount Juliet, Murfreesboro, and Brentwood. You will support providers, room patients, obtain histories, and help with in-office procedures, contributing to high-quality patient care.

The role requires clinical experience (3–5 years preferred in pain management or orthopedics) and EMR proficiency, with opportunities for growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of clinical experience, pain management or orthopedic experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with EMR systems (eClinical Works preferred).
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories
• Assist providers with examinations and in-office procedures
• Prepare procedure rooms and maintain sterile technique as appropriate
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR
• Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up appointments
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff
• Perform other clinical and administrative duties as needed

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced interventional pain management practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and providing exceptional patient care. You would be floating to all three clinics. Mount Juliet, Murfreesboro, and Brentwood
