The Medical Assistant provides clinical support under the supervision of healthcare providers, performing duties to promote patient health and ensure efficient clinic operations. Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, obtaining vital signs and patient histories, performing procedures such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and point-of-care testing.

Additionally, they triage calls, communicate lab and test results, and maintain accurate patient records.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Up to 2 years experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Licensure or certification in relevant area of expertise.
