Responsibilities

  • Maintain equipment and medical supplies, including stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
  • Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean, and orderly.

Position Summary

The Medical Assistant supports providers and patients in a busy clinic by ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate clinical documentation, and excellent customer service. This role focuses on rooming patients, preparing charts, obtaining vital signs, and managing incoming phone calls while maintaining a compassionate, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications and requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of Accredited Medical Assistant Program or equivalent required.

  • Current Montana CCMA, CMA, or RMA certification.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 60 days after hire date.

  • Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean, and orderly.
