Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of Accredited Medical Assistant Program or equivalent.
• Current Montana CCMA, CMA, or RMA certification.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 60 days after hire date.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Works under the supervision of a Physician or Nurse, assisting with patient assessments and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, prepare charts, obtain vital signs.
• Assist with patient assessments and treatments.
• Manage incoming phone calls while maintaining a compassionate, patient‑centered environment.
• Maintain equipment and medical supplies, including stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean, and orderly.
