Actalent is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant (Front & Back Office) for a busy family clinic in Lynwood, CA. The role supports both clinical and administrative tasks, with insurance verification, referrals, patient intake, and EMR documentation.

The ideal candidate is professional, bilingual in Spanish, and eager to learn in a team-based environment. This contract-to-hire position is fully onsite, with pay of $22 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:15 am to 5:30 pm.

Job Description

This is a hybrid front and back office Medical Assistant position within a busy family practice clinic. You'll support providers and patients throughout the entire visit, from insurance verification and referrals to patient intake, documentation, and clinical support. The ideal candidate is professional, bilingual in Spanish, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a team-oriented healthcare environment.

Essential Skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT

You'll be part of a busy family practice serving a diverse patient population with a focus on women's health and pediatrics. This clinic sees a high volume of patients and relies on team members who are adaptable, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. Bilingual communication is essential, as many patients are Spanish-speaking.

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: 7:15am-5:30pm Monday-Friday (scheduled for an 8 hour shift)

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
