Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support a fast-paced clinical team. The role includes patient intakes, basic screenings, injections, phlebotomy, and assisting a NP/PA during procedures at an industrial site in the Holly Springs area.

The CMA will manage medical records, schedule appointments, and maintain training records while supporting a bilingual English/Spanish environment. Full-time, Monday–Friday shifts with potential for on-call hours.

Qualifications

• Basic computer, clerical, phone etiquette and customer service skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; CMA certificate or diploma preferred.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Make appointments for personnel attending the clinic.
• Register personnel visiting the facility for consultation.
• Prepare, file and manage medical records and reports.
• Take patient vitals, perform phlebotomy and injections as trained.
• Assist NP/PA during medical examinations and procedures.
• Enter patient data into EMR and support onsite medical record keeping.

In addition to basic Medical Office Administration duties, the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will assist with injections, blood draws, and assisting a NP or PA in patient procedures.This is a full-time Monday-Friday 5:00 am - 5:00 pm or 5:00pm - 5:00am position located at one of our industrial client sites in the Holly Springs, NC area. Bilingual candidates encouraged.
