UnitedHealth Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers and ensure a high-quality patient experience. You will perform back-office duties such as administering injections, conducting diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, and supporting clinical procedures to maintain a welcoming patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant experience.

As a Medical Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the care team, supporting providers in delivering high‑quality, efficient clinics while ensuring exceptional patient experience. In this role, you'll perform a variety of back‑office responsibilities including administering injections, conducting diagnostic testing, performing phlebotomy, and supporting quality initiatives. You'll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, upholding quality standards, and helping create a welcoming, patient‑centered environment every day.

Clinic Settings:

Primary Care/Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Telephonic, Urgent Care, Oncology and Specialties.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
