Job summary

Bookmark Medical in Foxboro, MA is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers with vitals, medical histories, and accurate EHR documentation. The role requires accredited MA training or equivalent experience and MA certification (reimbursement offered for certification).

You will welcome patients, assist during exams, perform point-of-care testing and vaccine administration under supervision, and help coordinate calls and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification or willingness to obtain; reimbursement offered.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.

• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
