Job summary

InnovaCare Health operates more than 40 clinics throughout Florida and Texas, delivering a patient-centered, high-touch model of care. The Medical Assistant role supports clinical and administrative tasks, from room setup and vitals to assisting with procedures and EMR maintenance.

Ideal candidates hold a High school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of direct clinical care. Bilingual English/Spanish plus CMA/RMA certification is preferred, and AED/CPR certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prepare them for examinations, including vital signs.
• Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments.

• Follow up on test orders and relay results to provider and patient.
• Maintain EMR and ensure OSHA/CLIA compliance.
• Order clinical supplies and manage equipment as needed.
