The Medical Assistant provides clinical support to the patient care team directed towards the prevention of disease and promotion of health using professional clinical support for quality patient care. This position works as part of a care delivery team and works closely with physicians and mid-level providers and other team members to help ensure the delivery of high quality patient care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):
Education: Requires graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
OR
Certification: Certification through a nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification program, such as AAMA, AMT, NCCT, or CCMA. Candidates hired will be expected to become certified after hire.
***Uncertified Medical Assistants will start 3% below the beginning wage listed.***
