Join to apply for the Medical Assistant role at USA CLINIC SL.

USA Clinics Group is growing and seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team! As a Medical Assistant, you will support patient care and assist physicians with medical procedures, ensuring excellent service experiences. This position is based in our Fort Worth and Arlington clinic locations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and escort them to examination rooms; assist with form completion.
  • Familiarize with clinic computer hardware and software, using them according to policies.
  • Answer multi-line and multilingual phone lines.
  • Schedule appointments, including rescheduling and transportation arrangements.
  • Verify insurance eligibility by contacting insurance companies.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and faxing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of procedure rooms.
  • Assist during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures, following doctor instructions.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure instructions.
  • Apply sterile techniques and adhere to OSHA regulations.
  • Train new staff and assist ultrasound staff as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Medical Assistant Certification (preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
