Job summary

National Staffing Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant for a fully remote position. You will assist with referral management for high-risk patients and support Care Harmony's care coordination team from home.

Responsibilities include handling patient referrals, chart creation, data entry, and supporting caregivers. Requires active Medical Assistant certification and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive new patient referrals from clients.
• Create charts for all new patients.

Under the direction of the department manager, the Medical Assistant will be assisting the team in referral management for High-Risk patients and helping to assist with patient needs.
