Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Erlanger campus is seeking Medical Assistant instructors for morning classes and optional evening sessions. This part-time role involves teaching up to 24 students, delivering clinical and administrative skills from Ross curriculum.

Candidates need 3+ years in medical assisting with national certification, or 5+ years with certification. Flexible schedule, campus-based, with benefits and opportunities to grow as an educator.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical assisting experience and CMA/RMA certification.
• Or 5+ years in the medical field with national certification; teaching interest preferred.
• Familiar with Ross curriculum and capable of lectures and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Teach Medical Assisting classes with up to 24 students.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans.
• Schedule 4.5 hour sessions in morning or evening blocks.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.

Must be able to obtain a national certification as medical assistant. Individuals without a formal education, must have with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience working in the medical field and a national certification.
