Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant Instructor in Muncie, IN. Classes run mornings M-F (8:30–1:00), with potential evening sessions 5:30–10 as needed.

The role includes lecturing, demonstrations, and hands-on training for up to 24 students in a year‑round program. Qualified candidates have 3+ years in medical assisting, formal training, and national certification. Teaching interest or experience is preferred; flexibility and the ability to work across campus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical assisting experience with formal training from an accredited institution.
• Must obtain a national certification as medical assistant.
• If lacking formal education, 5+ years of medical field experience with a national certification.
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; able to move around classroom and campus.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom with up to 24 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross curriculum and lesson plans.
• Support year‑round classes as Primary or Secondary Instructors and substitutes as needed.
• Maintain student records and participate in campus activities.
