Job Details

What You Will Be Doing

• Welcoming patients and preparing them for visits in a friendly, professional manner
• Collecting patient histories, vital signs, height, weight, and visit‑specific information
• Documenting accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Assisting providers during exams and in‑office procedures
• Performing phlebotomy, routine lab testing, EKGs, and spirometry as needed
• Managing patient messages, prescription refills, referrals, and scheduling
• Maintaining clean, well‑stocked exam rooms and sterilized instruments
• Supporting smooth clinic workflow and collaborating closely with providers and staff
• Floating to other offices when operationally needed

Skills & Experience You Need

• Experience in patient care as a CNA, EMT, or Medical Assistant, or graduation from an approved MA program
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfort using electronic health records
• Ability to obtain BLS certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred

• 1+ year in an office‑based physician practice
