What You Will Do:

Patient Procedures: Assisting pain management provider with in-office injections and minor procedures.

Patient Interaction and Education: Answer patient inquiries with empathy, providing reassurance and clear information.

Post-Care Instructions: Provide patients with detailed instructions for their care, both in the clinic and at home, helping them feel confident in their recovery.

Clinic Maintenance: Ensure that treatment areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment.

Teamwork: Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and other team members to streamline patient care and clinic operations.

Administrative Support: Manage phone messages, answer questions, and coordinate patient, physician, and pharmacy communications.

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in healthcare or rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Physical ability to assist patients during in-office procedures.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with patients and colleagues.
• A passion for learning and a drive to stay updated on the latest in-patient care.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMRs) is a plus.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a professional attitude.
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance.

Work Hours:
