Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients, verify appointment details, and ensure comfort.
• Take and document medical history, consent forms, and treatment notes (HIPAA compliant).
• Assist providers during injections, laser procedures, and skincare treatments (within scope).
• Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms and instruments.
• Capture before/after photos and maintain proper photo documentation.
• Assist front desk team with scheduling, payments, and patient communication.
• Help manage clinical inventory, including injectables and skincare stock.
• Receive, unpack, and organize shipments.
• Maintain safety, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
• Educate patients on post-care instructions and treatment expectations.

The Medical Assistant plays a key role in supporting our providers with patient care, treatment preparation, documentation, and safety protocols. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment and enjoys delivering high-quality, personalized patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients, verify appointment details, and ensure comfort

Full time- Monday-Friday
