Sentara MJH Medical Group Admin Offices in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Medical Assistant non-certified for a 32-hour per week role. You will provide patient care and administrative support, with cross-training for front desk duties, floating across ten primary care practices in the Charlottesville/Waynesboro market.

Requirements: 1 year of clinical/administrative experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and certification within nine months (CCMA/CMA/RMA/EMT); BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical/administrative experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Primarily a clinical MA role with cross-training for front desk duties as needed.
• Duties include patient care and administrative tasks; role will float to all designated practices as needed.
• Support for 10 Primary Care practices across the Charlottesville/Waynesboro market.
