Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant in Bridgeton, NJ for an evening shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm). The role provides clinical and administrative support to the healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, taking vitals, documenting in EMR, assisting with procedures, collecting specimens, and maintaining supplies. Requirements: MA program graduate, phlebotomy cert, CPR, and high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certification in phlebotomy required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in a physician’s office preferred.

Position Summary

The Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support to members of the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role supports daily operations within the medical unit and assists with patient flow, documentation, and clinical procedures in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Clinical Support

• Prepare treatment and examination rooms prior to patient visits.

• Adhere to organizational policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.
• Participate in required training, emergency preparedness, and disaster drills.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or a comparable program is required
• Certification in phlebotomy required.
• Prior experience working in a physician’s office, clinic, or ambulatory healthcare setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
