Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Medical Assistant to welcome and room patients with warmth, take vitals, and support providers during exams in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

You will perform point-of-care testing, administer vaccines under supervision, and maintain precise EHR documentation while assisting with referrals and scheduling. A collaborative team approach and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams

• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling
