Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years in Medical Affairs or related field.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Interpret clinical data and trial designs to identify evidence gaps and strategic opportunities in Interventional Spine.
• Set and align scientific and communication strategies with therapeutic area goals.
• Translate complex scientific data into clear, accurate content for diverse audiences.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, HEMA and Marketing teams.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and embed best practices across medical functions.
• Oversee creation and delivery of scientific content, including publications and education programs.
• Serve as a trusted adviser to internal and external stakeholders.
