Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to drive integrated execution of Medical Affairs priorities across the portfolio. You will partner with Global and Regional Medical Affairs leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enable timely, high-quality execution of medical strategy.

This role leads end-to-end medical program management for the portfolio, including annual planning, budget and resource coordination, governance, and delivery of key outputs such as evidence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years' relevant experience in medical affairs operations/program management or related pharmaceutical/biotech roles.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment with governance and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Medical Affairs Strategy Team operating model for the assigned disease area(s), including governance and action tracking.
• Integrate Medical Affairs priorities into cross-functional governance forums (IBT, USBT, PST).
• Drive cross-functional execution across Medical Affairs with key partners while ensuring SOP compliance.
• Manage enterprise-wide initiatives such as Advisory Boards and cross-functional strategic programs.
• Lead annual medical planning linked to Brand Planning, ensuring timely delivery of plans and templates.
• Develop the integrated business calendar for evidence milestones, congress planning, and publications.
• Oversee budget planning, tracking, and forecasting for medical affairs activities.
• Identify and mitigate cross-functional risks; facilitate scenario planning for portfolio visibility.
• Establish and monitor program metrics and provide concise readouts.
• Coach and mentor program management colleagues and share best practices.
