You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure launch readiness, optimize processes, and drive evidence-generation initiatives while maintaining compliance and efficiency across Medical Affairs functions.

Formación

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with leadership in Medical Affairs Operations.
• Experience launching US product launches and cross-functional planning.
• Strong vendor, budget, and governance experience in matrixed orgs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee strategic Medical Affairs operations, budgets, and governance.
• Ensure launch readiness across field medical, publications, and KOL activities.
• Oversee vendor selection, contracting, and performance management.
• Lead evidence generation and investigator-initiated studies workflows.
• Implement KPI dashboards and Medical Affairs systems.
