Qualifications

• 12+ years of clinical operations experience in pharma/biotech/CRO settings.
• Experience with global trial operations from study startup to close-out.
• Strong vendor management and inspection-ready mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational leadership for global clinical trials across full study lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain integrated study operational plans with timelines and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, trends, and dependencies.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage CROs and vendors, and oversee outsourcing strategies and contracts.
• Mentor and develop team members and drive growth.
