There’s one thing you do that’s exceptional: lead.

As the Medical Affairs Lead, you will act as the primary liaison between Syneos Health Medical Affairs and the customer. Your responsibilities include managing all aspects of planning and developing resources and strategies to support and drive the customer's Medical Affairs business. You will collaborate internally and with the customer to establish integrated Medical Affairs solutions across various functional areas within Syneos Health. Your duties will include:

  1. Being the main point of contact for Medical Affairs project work
  2. Collaborating with senior customer management and recommending strategies
  3. Owning the project internal P&L
  4. Leading Medical Affairs strategy and execution
  5. Monitoring and reporting on performance across Medical Affairs activities
  6. Leading cross-functional project teams
  7. Leading weekly Medical Affairs sub-team meetings
  8. Developing senior leadership

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience
  • Experience launching multiple commercial assets in the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors
  • Ability to understand global medical trends, financial data, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
  • Proven success through proactive Medical Affairs engagement pre-launch
  • Ability to travel

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with consulting firms or Medical Communication agencies
  • Experience building or managing a Medical Affairs function

The annual base salary ranges from $X to $Y, with actual compensation based on qualifications and performance. Additional benefits may include bonuses or commissions.
