Job Summary:

The Medical Aesthetician performs high-level aesthetic procedures, including consultations, treatment plans, laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, HydraFacials, dermaplaning, skin rejuvenation, and uses medical-grade skincare products. The role involves managing client expectations and adhering to established protocols, policies, and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer esthetic treatments according to RELIVE policies
• Evaluate client suitability and perform treatments accordingly
• Provide information on treatments and associated risks
• Give pre- and post-care instructions
• Educate patients on aesthetic services, including laser rejuvenation and injectables
• Complete detailed paperwork and consent forms
• Work collaboratively with the team and fill in as needed
• Monitor, record, and report patient concerns and services
• Follow all policies, regulations, and safety standards including OSHA and HIPAA
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and certifications
• Cross-educate patients on services and products
• Complete ZO Core and Advanced Series training within 60 days
• Assist with social media promotions and patient follow-ups

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience preferred
• Current Medical Aesthetician or Medical Electrologist license
• Proficiency with computers and software (MS Office, Salesforce, etc.)
• Strong teamwork and professional appearance
• Provide a social media portfolio
