Peach Tree Healthcare seeks a patient registration specialist to admit and register patients, verify insurance, and collect accurate billing data. You will interact with patients and families in a fast-paced hospital setting, ensuring accurate information and smooth check-in.

Strong verbal and written communication, medical terminology knowledge, and proficiency with registration systems are essential. This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional travel to other sites as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical terminology knowledge is helpful.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and registration in a busy office is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Register and admit patients to hospital and obtain required information.
• Verify insurance and collect billing information; ensure forms are signed.
• Assist with other admissions related clerical tasks as needed.
• Provide information and direct patients to appropriate departments.
