Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, including expenditures, contract/grant requirements, and policy changes.
  • Assist in coordination of faculty recruitment and on-boarding.
  • Coordinate activities in support of faculty promotion, reappointment and annual reviews; establish timelines and arrange meetings.
  • Coordinate faculty teaching activities including evaluations.
