Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists' Highlands Ranch, CO clinic seeks a Full-time Medical Ablation Assistant to support ablation procedures, set up rooms, and assist the care team with patients and sterile technique.

You will be paid $24.00 - $30.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, a 401(k) match, HSA/FSA, life and disability insurance, uniforms, disability coverage, and a dedicated mentor/apprentice program.

Qualifications

• Valid MA certification.
• Procedure experience.
• Sterile field experience (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the healthcare team to set up rooms and prepare patients for ablation treatments.
• Treat patients respectfully, professionally, and compassionately.
• Stock treatment rooms and trays with the necessary tools and materials.
• Create sterile fields and follow proper sanitization/sterilization procedures.
• Properly update patient files and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in other areas as needed to deliver amazing patient care.

MEDICAL ABLATION ASSISTANT: YOUR RôLE

In an average day, you can expect to:

• Procedure experience
• PREFERRED, not required - Sterile field experience

YOUR HOURS

The typical schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
