Job summary

County of Delaware seeks an MH/IDD Administrator to lead mental health and intellectual/developmental disability programs. The role oversees funding, provider network, and compliance with PA acts and OMHSAS/ODP requirements, while coordinating with state agencies.

The administrator will manage budgets, contracts, and data reporting, and will collaborate with CYS, JPO, schools, and regional bodies to ensure integrated services for Delaware County residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in social work, public administration, psychology, or related field.
• Understanding of OMHSAS/ODP licensing and reporting requirements.
• Experience in public behavioral health or IDD systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Delaware County MH/IDD programming funded by the County or HealthChoices.
• Ensure compliance with OMHSAS, ODP, and related acts and reporting requirements.
• Manage provider contracts, invoicing, and budget reconciliation across MH/IDD.
• Coordinate data collection and quality assurance for state reporting.
• Lead interdepartmental collaboration with state officials, CYS, JPO, and schools.
• Represent the County on statewide and regional committees related to behavioral health.
