Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport Medicaid customers to and from medical appointments.
• Operate county- or privately-owned vehicles per policy.
• Ensure Medicaid verification forms are signed and filed.
• Coordinate with medical providers on appointments and instructions.
• Complete day-sheets, timesheets, mileage sheets and incident reports.
• Input data into computers and print documents.
