Job summary

BerryDunn is seeking a Medicaid Policy Director to join our Medicaid consulting team. This role leverages deep state and federal Medicaid policy expertise to help agencies implement new programs, manage compliance, and partner with CMS and other stakeholders for healthier communities.

You will work with leadership across our Medicaid practice, advising clients, supporting program changes, and guiding annual budget and content development. Travel up to 50% is expected as client needs require.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with 10+ years in Medicaid, including 4+ years in a state Medicaid agency or CMS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and present Medicaid policy analysis to clients; plan and implement new guidance and programs.
• Collaborate with the team to share Medicaid expertise and support client needs while growing team knowledge.
• Support marketing and business development by contributing policy content and budgets and reviewing others' work to aid team development.
