Job summary

Qualifications

• Policy research experience translating findings into directives and guidance.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and proactive problem management.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Experience using Jira or similar PM tools to track items and risks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft apps and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams, manage schedules, deliverables, resources, risks and performance.
• Coordinate with Hawaiʻi Med-QUEST, BerryDunn, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Own Jira tracking, action items, due dates, blockers, owners, and deliverables.
• Schedule recurring meetings and cross-workstream touchpoints.
• Review materials, SOPs, templates, and process docs for quality and readiness.
• Surface risks and dependencies and facilitate timely resolutions.
• Act as senior systems advisor with knowledge of system implementations and Medicaid.
