Help At Home, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Bilingual Spanish Speaking Medicaid Representative to support individuals through the Medicaid application and recertification process in New York. The role requires handling confidential information, guiding clients through steps, and ensuring accuracy before submission.

This is an on-site position with competitive weekly pay and office hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of customer service or telephone sales experience preferred.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionateBilingual Spanish Speaking MedicaidRepresentative to support individuals throughout the Medicaid application and recertification process. In this role, you will guide clients through each step, review and verify required documentation, and help ensure applications are accurate and complete before submission.

The Medicaid Representative serves as an important point of contact for clients, helping them navigate Medicaid requirements, resolve missing information, and stay informed throughout the approval process. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable handling confidential information, and passionate about helping individuals access the services and benefits they need.

This is an on-site position, and we offer weekly pay between $23.00-$24.00 an hour! Office hours Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. The office address is: 148 39th St. Suite 19-4-BB Brooklyn, NY 11232.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with completing Medicaid applications and recertifications
• Review and verify income information and other required documentation
• Ensure applications are complete and accurate before submitting them through the SPS Medicaid portal
• Monitor submitted applications and respond to requests for additional information or documentation
• Communicate directly with clients to obtain missing documentation and provide application updates
• Track applications and provide ongoing support throughout the process until Medicaid approval is received
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service throughout the intake process

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate level computer skills, including creating and modifying documents using Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HHAexchange,and Salesforce.com.
• Ability to key quickly and accurately.
• Prefer Bilingual Spanish Speaking

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least two (2) years of previous experience in Customer Service or telephone sales.

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
