Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Bilingual Spanish Speaking Medicaid Representative to support individuals through the Medicaid application and recertification process in New York. The role requires handling confidential information, guiding clients through steps, and ensuring accuracy before submission.

This is an on-site position with competitive weekly pay and office hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of customer service or telephone sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Medicaid applications and recertifications.
• Review income information and other required documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure applications are complete before submitting them through the SPS Medicaid portal.
• Monitor submissions and respond to requests for additional information.
• Communicate with clients to obtain missing documents and provide updates.
• Provide ongoing support until Medicaid approval is received.
