Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or Criminal Justice.
• Two years of professional experience in service program planning/administration.
• Ability to obtain WA State Patrol ACCESS Level II within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of program services to assist Medicaid eligible incarcerated clients during reentry.
• Collaborate with in-house staff, community partners, and providers to promote successful transitions.
• Navigate health services and social needs to reduce recidivism.
