Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Government Healthcare Provider Rate Consultant to join the GHSC team. The role supports Medicaid and managed care analytics, with hybrid arrangements and offices in multiple cities, including Phoenix.

You will analyze financial reports, develop budgets, and present findings to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field and 3+ years in healthcare financial analysis, with advanced Excel skills and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in economics, finance, accounting, business analytics, mathematics, statistics or related major.
• 3+ years of healthcare financial analysis experience, rate analysis, and provider payment modeling.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with formulas and data interpretation.
• Ability to work on team projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive analysis of health care and financial data using spreadsheet and database tools.
• Define project scope, timelines and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
• Develop reports, spreadsheets and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with the client to review status and expectations.
• Apply AI and technology-enabled tools to solve project challenges.
